LOST ROMANOV FAMILY FILM

The Fall of the Romanoffs (1917)  This film was released in New York City on September 6, 1917.

A couple of interesting footnotes about Nance O’Neill, the actress who played Tsarina Alexandra:

• In 1915 she played a fictional Princess Fedora Romanoff in a film titled “Princess Romanoff”
•  Nance O’Neill was a close friend of the notorious Lizzie Borden, the latter even did an interview with her Lizzie Borden Interviews Nance O’Neil
